GrADS/GRIB Plugin

This plugin is based on the module cdms, that can be installed from cdat-lite: 

$ easy_install -f http://home.badc.rl.ac.uk/spascoe/ndg_eggs cdat-lite

After installing this module, you can install the GrADS/GRIB plugin using easy_install:

$ easy_install dap.plugins.grads

Simply restart your pydap server after this and it should be able to serve GrADS/GRIB files, consisting of a grb file with a ctl descriptor.
